TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

SHIPPING

All orders take 2- 3 working days to dispatch

 

All orders are sent via tracked delivery service. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email receipt

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once your order has been placed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As personalised items are  unique to you, returns are not accepted on these items. All items are quality checked before they are dispatched to you but if you find a fault with your item please contact us immediately at thesparkleatelier@hotmail.com

 

If on delivery you change your mind and wish to return your non personalised item we will be happy to issue you with a full refund (minus postage costs) once it is posted back in its original, unused condition with tags etc. still attached within 14 days from the date of dispatch. 

 

Any item that is returned to us and not in its original condition will not qualify for a refund. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post on its way back to us so returning it via tracked courier is advised. 

 

We do not cover postage costs for returns. Please ensure to add your details you used to order the item (name, address, order number) with your return so we can process your return as quickly as possible

FAULTY 

If the item you have purchased is faulty then please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item, together with photos and a brief description of the fault, and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note, at our discretion. 

Please note in order to receive a exchange we must receive the product back to us for this to be processed. If the item is deemed faulty we can cover return postage costs of up to €10.00. We advise all items are sent back using a signed for/ recorded courier as we are not responsible for any missing items.  

Personalisation: 

When you choose for your item to be personalised, your item is embossed with a hot foil pressed into your item, available in gold.  A ‘clear’ emboss is a hot press of the letters without any foil into your item.

Gold foil will eventually wear over time with general wear & tear. Please ensure proper care to preserve the personalisation for as long as possible. i.e. eliminate exposure to oils, creams, lotions and hand sanitizers, try not to touch or rub the personalisation.

Due to the surface of the leather small breaks in the foil may occur and this is completely normal, although we try our very best to prevent them we can not guarantee your item will not have small beaks. All stamped items are personalised in capital letters.

 

Please ensure you check all spelling as they will be personalised exactly as the order states  (i.e If you want the initials A.B with the punctuation mark ensure to use the punctuation mark in the order)

Other

Leather is a natural material. Any cuts or marks to the leather after use by the customer is the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to take care of your leather with a leather conditioner.  Each and every item is uniquely personalised by hand so the finish and position may vary slightly from item to item.

As all of the products are hand crafted, from time to time slight variations may occur like the colour of the thread used or the zip colour for example. 

International orders may incur an extra fee (i.e customs) and the buyer is responsible for all fees
